Identity is woven all through our lives in ways that we may not even be aware of. Listen in today because I’m sharing tips that come from work that I have studied over the past two years by Robert Fritz and the intensive coach training I’ve done.
I am fascinated by the idea that we can make choices about our experiences. It’s all about how we see ourselves! We can reap the benefits of a totally different mindstate – simply by shifting our thinking and feeling. Reaching for the next best feeling is the key.
