Today’s episode is all about alcohol, drinking, and getting sober. Renee is raw and real and willing to share it all – I loved talking with her today! She reflects on how drinking slowly became a problem in her life and how it got to the point that she needed to completely stop. I so appreciate her willingness to share without pretense or sugar-coating her stories. It really made me think about my own drinking.

We also talk about how drinking has become so prevalent among woman. Renee shares how she is a mirror for other women, to look at their own relationship with alcohol, and what she’s doing to support other women in their journey to sobriety.
